Kindness Looks Good On Tofino
At Tofino Co-op, kindness isn’t just something we do – it’s who we are. This year, we proudly stood together with our community to support Pink Shirt Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness and standing against bullying.
Our team wore pink anti-bullying pins to show our commitment to fostering kindness, respect, and inclusion in everything we do. But the message of Pink Shirt Day doesn’t stop here – it’s one we carry forward every day in our store and throughout Tofino. Together, we can build a community where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported.
What is Pink Shirt Day?
Pink Shirt Day is observed annually on the last Wednesday of February. It’s a movement that began with a simple act of kindness and has grown into a global effort to raise awareness about bullying and promote empathy, unity, and compassion.
At Tofino Co-op, we believe in creating a space where everyone belongs. Whether it’s through small acts of kindness or standing up for what’s right, we’re committed to making our community stronger and more inclusive for all.
