Our journey to 10,000 members reflects the growth of our coastal community itself. Whether you stop by for weekly groceries, fill up before road trips, pick up last-minute gifts, or find the perfect tools for weekend projects-you're part of something special. Together, we've built more than just a Co-op; we've created a place where everyone feels at home.

How We Celebrated 10,000 Strong

To mark this significant milestone, we organized special events and initiatives to give back to the community that helped us thrive.

10% Off for 10,000 Minutes

As a heartfelt thank you, we offered all 10,000 members a special discount: 10% off for 10,000 minutes! From May 5th to May 11th, 2025, members enjoyed their favourite "Fri-yay" discount all week long across our grocery store, hardware store, and Tofino Life Clothing.

Supporting Local Education: A $10,000 Goal

Our celebration extended beyond savings. We partnered with Ucluelet Secondary School to support their School-Wide Reading for Pleasure Initiative, with a goal to upgrade the school library.

To demonstrate our commitment to local education, we pledged to match every dollar donated-up to $5,000-toward the school's $10,000 goal.
